It's International Yoga Day!

Meditators and friends are invited to celebrate International Yoga Day by joining us for easy-to-practice Maharishi Yoga Asanas (gentle postures), as well as a simple neuro-respiratory technique called Pranayama which are effective in helping to remove surface stress and strain, smoothing the way for our TM practice. We will finish with a short knowledge lecture on Yoga.
