Join us in a wonderfully restful and revitalising weekend. Be part of this, the first TM Weekend Residence Course to be held in Adelaide in many years.

The weekend will provide an opportunity to do extra meditations coupled with instruction in a simple set of yoga exercises (asanas) and a breathing exercise (pranayama). This special routine is unique to a weekend retreat and lends then to the experience of deep rest and relaxation.

Enjoy inspiring talks by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to enhance our understanding of Vedic techniques to develop your consciousness to its most expanded and fulfilling potential.

All enjoyed in this lovely venue and grounds, with good food, comfortable rooms and the friendly company of other meditators!

Arrive: After 4pm on the 8th. Departing after 2:30 pm on the 10th.
