Start 2022 with a good rest on the Transcendental Meditation (TM-Together) weekend Retreat!! Choose between a range of accommodation options and course dates ranging from the 27th of December to the 7th January, and staying at Victoria’s historic and scenic Amberley Retreat Centre.
Nestled in 20 acres of lush and serene natural environment, Amberley Retreat Centre in Lower Plenty Road is a perfect and well deserved retreat to gain deep rest, relax and rejuvenate.
You will enjoy profound Transcendental Meditation sessions, coupled with Maharishi Yoga Asanas and Pranayama in a supportive and fun environment!

The TM-Together Retreat is for a minimum of three nights with five and seven night options - starting on the afternoon of the day of arrival and concluding on your day of departure after lunch.
Cost includes: Course Fee, Delicious vegetarian meals, Accommodation, and use of the facilities.

Time: Arrive between 3pm - 6pm on your day of arrival and leave 3pm on day of departure.
Dress: Smart casual - bring comfortable clothes for the yoga exercises.
Bring: water bottle/thermos/yoga mat, cushion, meditation blanket/toiletries and personal items
Parking: on site parking is available
