Nestled in the historic and picturesque Mulgoa region, less than one hour from Sydney's CBD, Winbourne features elegant sandstone buildings, blended with modern facilities and accommodation, Also a working farm, with an abundance of fresh air, and fabulous walks, Winbourne will be a unique location to come enjoy deep rest and relaxation.
The weekend will provide an opportunity to do extra meditations coupled with instruction in a simple set of yoga exercises (asanas) and a breathing exercise (pranayama). This special routine is unique to a weekend retreat and lends then to the experience of deep rest and relaxation. The benefits from a weekend retreat tend to be felt for days and weeks after the course.
Please register soon as rooms are limited and we anticipate they will fill quickly. There are either single or shared en-suite rooms available within a large, comfortable cabin compromising 8 rooms within. The cabin contains a communal mini kitchen and lounge area.
Arrival on the course will be between 3-6pm on Friday the 20th May and departure will be on Sunday the 22nd after lunch.
If you are considering applying for the TM-Sidhi course later in the year, then please note this on the registration form when booking for the May retreat as this course will also be part of the prerequisite program for your application.
Winbourne is a Covid Safe venue which presently requires all attendees to have proof of vaccination. Apologies to anyone who might not be able to attend for this reason.

* First time retreat discount is applicable for meditators who have not yet attended either a one day or weekend retreat previously.
